This app has been an ongoing pain. They have specials all the time but getting the app to apply the discount has been a frustrating experience. Now with the new version has logged me out and won’t let me back in. I eat there once or twice a week. Not since the update. This app is costing you sales.

The app no longer lets me sign in with my Apple ID after the last update. All of my rewards that I’ve been saving up are now gone and no one can tell me how to get them back

When trying to use an offer in my inbox, it prompts me to click the “order now” button, which takes me out of the app to the website to continue my order, but does not apply the deal it advertised. If I want that deal, I have to place my order by phone or in the shop to get it. I notice on the pay screen there’s a spot to enter a promo code, which, if it were included in the inbox with the deal, would be great to type in so I can use the app to place the order. Thanks for the great food!!!!

Glitchy
This app is awful, has been for a long time. It glitches constantly. Crashes in the middle of orders causing you to start again. Does the same thing when your trying to pay. Fix it

Unable to reset my password and when I try and create a new one it says “Device already shared with maximum number of guests allowed”
First time visit
I was lucky enough to be our new store’s first customer, got to meet the owner, he and everyone there was super nice!! We got the chicken Philly, the chicken was delicious!! Will definitely be back!!

The cashier had no customer service and was no help. I tried to ask her about a sandwich and she was just looking at me like she wanted me to hurry up. Once I got home the sandwich was a plain sandwich with nothing on it...The time before she gave me the wrong sandwiches. I had to go all the way back up there because she didn't look at the name and just handed me someone else's sandwiches.

App wont load when opened
Ive used this app since it came out now all the sudden when i open it it just loads and loads… and loads.

Always late
This store regularly is way late on orders. If you order ahead they tell you 10 minutes and it will be ready. Walk in after 15 minutes and they haven’t even started. Another guy was there before me in the same boat. He was still waiting when I left.
