Buggy
The app is so buggy and won’t let me log in or keeps asking me to log in. How are we expected to use this to pay for things in the festival when it keeps bugging and signing me out and not letting me login? Why can’t we just use our debit card??

Janky and horrible app, scrolling through things makes it leap all over the place and information and images randomly disappear. A genuinely bad app
Unable to link email to app
Meaning I can’t log in. Have tried to email ‘help’ but no help 😭 I have deleted and redownloaded the app, ensured all the details are correct and no it’s not gone into a junk or spam folder 😂 pls help!

Keeps crashing
Have the most recent version and it keeps crashing when I open My Journey. Have reloaded my phone and still not working. Am on the way, please do another update!
