Me saqué el premio exacto y combinado de pega 3. Uno rápido los contacta por email. Ellos cumplen te llaman para confirmar que eres tú y la información correcta. Te envían un email ***OJO siempre va aparecer en spam verifica siempre en la bandeja, para ingresar la cuenta bancaria para depositar el premio luego te envían confirmando,en 1 día llegó mi premio. Estoy satisfecha no se deje llevar por las malas opiniones que no saben seguir las instrucciones. Si sabe seguir las instrucciones todo va salir bien. Son buenas personas. Gracias seguiré jugando Dios me los bendiga y sigan adelante.

Great concept. Failed execution.

It is a great concept for this type of App I. Puerto Rico but the way it was executed it’s a failure. It is very buggy, and the service itself is inconsistent. This is basically a messaging app. It does not interact in any way with the Lottery service in Puerto Rico. You play some numbers, pay for them, and then someone on their side pays the numbers for you in the PR Lottery system. Support is non-existent. The app doesn’t allow me to play Pega 2,3,4 numbers. I have used their built in support messaging on the application, emailed support directly at their email address and contacted them via WhatsApp and no reply on any of those methods so far. Their hours are so inconsistent. The app will tell you that you have until X time to put in your play, only to go in an hour before deadline and see a message that says you can no longer play because they are busy, or closes for X or Y reason. They cover the barcode of your play ticket so, that you can’t scan the numbers with the Lotería Electronica app, if you play 10, 20 numbers you have to check them manually, which defeats the convenience of the application. I used the app a few times, gave it a chance but, the flaws are major to be able to just overlook them, especially the lack of support. Hopefully they will eventually fix them and make the app convenient.

No se metan en esta aplicación no contestan las querellas y se han quedado con mi dinero...mejor comprar la lotería en los lugares donde lo venden para evitar malas intenciones!
