The developer posted an apology and said to contact customer support.
PART OF MY COMPLAINT WAS THAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS.
LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF RECENT REVIEWS THAT SAY “I CONTACTED SUPPORT IN ORDER TO CANCEL AND NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME.”
Thanks for caring, Lotus Flow... I will make sure that I contact support about how contacting support is useless.
I am going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

“I had trouble downloading the app. I requested assistance via their Support, and I also requested a subscription cancellation because I couldn’t use the app.
I requested this four times. I sent emails multiple times with screenshots of the error message I was receiving.
They sent me pdf’s that were links, and their links didn’t work.
And two days ago, they dared to try and deduct a monthly payment.
They have been put on notice that I will immediate report them as a fraudulent charge if they try to take money from me again, and also I will file with BBB.
After four different cancelation requests and being ignored four times, and then making an attempt to withdraw money from me, I am NOT happy and I feel like I’m been duped.”
