App not sending verification code
Try to register watch on app but will not send a verification code how am I meant to connect watch The web page is not working the app is not working ARE YOU WORKING Get your finger out and get this sorted ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Watch switches on, app displays watch but doesn’t connect. Factory resets, new account creation, same issues. Emails unanswered. Disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.
Doesn’t work well
App is basic in appearance, boring layout and colour scheme. Can’t seem to get the sports options to update with the data from my watch. Other updates are slow to synch as well, sleep monitor and heart rate. When selecting the date for viewing data, it often doesn’t move despite tapping the screen multiple times, very intermittent response.

Don’t waste your time with a lotus smart watch
This is never working. It has only a few watch faces that didn’t work after 2 months of using it. Downloading is never working. Please don’t waste your money if a Lotus smart watch. Not a watch and not smart.
