Great pizza, pretty good app!
We love Lou’s pizza, and we use the app to order most of the time. It’s very easy to use and to earn and redeem rewards. My only complaint is that you can’t order pizzas with toppings only on half (for example- a half cheese half pepperoni pizza) from the app, so that’s why I docked it a star! Otherwise fantastic!

Farnsworth store is the best! The most accommodating, friendliest location.
This location is really incredible. I’m not sure if the owner is working on location or just has trained their staff to be extremely accommodating and good at their job. This place is run like the good old days when owners took pride in how they made the customer experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Pizza is always amazing as well of course.

App is broken
Normally I like the app, but I get a deserialization error every time I try to add something to the cart or pay. The issue started about 7 to 10 days ago. I’ve had to call and place orders over the phone now.
Much better than the old app
Very easy to use, clean interface, quick, no login gremlins, no hoop jumping to get promos to show up in the app. Great experience.

They change the app so you cannot customize your own pizza anymore
No idea why they would do this, but they used to let you select your toppings. Now on the deep dish pizza section you can’t customize anything you have to to get full toppings of whatever and that’s it. This is stupid

They finally allow you to use gift cards on the app. It is easy to use and of course there’s the food.
