Great, Easy App
I am a long time customer of Lou’s. I don’t know if people will remember their old app back in the day but I absolutely despised it. I’m really glad they noticed that and updated their app to what it is today. No more constant logging out and my password needing to be reset. No more glitches while ordering. Just straight to the point with some extra perks added as well.

This app needs work
I’ve used this app for many years with no issues. However, ordering a pizza has become more difficult in recent years. In fact, I had to be contacted by the manager on clarification on the past two orders. And, in both instances, we were given a credit because our order from the app was more than what we actually wanted.
This app use to be simple, now it’s not. You’re going in the wrong direction people!!!

Great for Special Orders
The app is very easy to navigate. The best part of this app is that it has the option for special orders that most people wouldn’t even think of. I have one kiddo who will not eat cheese on a pizza. The app, thankfully, has an option for that built right in.
App has come a long ways!
I’m so happy the app got some TLC, very polished and very functional! Love the payment processing with the pizza boxes, clever! Rewards are also now functions which is great, great UX and ease of use! Thank you!
Needs a little more detail
The app is good but for me it would be better if some items had details. Like extra side items deep or thin tomatoes, what does that mean?

Great pizza, pretty good app!
We love Lou’s pizza, and we use the app to order most of the time. It’s very easy to use and to earn and redeem rewards. My only complaint is that you can’t order pizzas with toppings only on half (for example- a half cheese half pepperoni pizza) from the app, so that’s why I docked it a star! Otherwise fantastic!

Farnsworth store is the best! The most accommodating, friendliest location.
This location is really incredible. I’m not sure if the owner is working on location or just has trained their staff to be extremely accommodating and good at their job. This place is run like the good old days when owners took pride in how they made the customer experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Pizza is always amazing as well of course.
