What happened?
This app sucks! I can’t even get back into the app after downloading it again! It’s showing an error! I’d give it zero stars if I could! I’ve never had an issue till last night!

I have stopped at the Thornton’s in Henderson, KY on US 41 North countless times over many years and never had any problems entering my phone number (now called a ‘loyalty id’) at the pump to get my gas price discount. The past few times the keypad on several pumps won’t even permit me to enter it. So instead of just paying for my gas at the pump with my discount and promptly leaving….. I have to stand in line in the store, pay in advance for my gas (guessing how much it will cost is nigh impossible), filling up my car with gas to the amount I paid…..just annoying. Deleted my Thornton’s and my Earnify apps and will now only purchase gas at Kroger……

I’ve been almost exclusively a customer with Thorntons since 2015 for gas… to take away the Thorntons app and give us an app that doesn’t show gas prices is one of the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with. Horrible decision making from the higher ups… at least update earnify to give us gas prices. This was so dumb
