You play against 2 to 4 opponents in a game that unfolds across a series of Nights. Each Night begins with a fresh shuffle and a new “Music of the Evening” card that sets the tone. Will you move with the rhythm, stir the conversation, or change the vibe entirely? On your turn, you choose one move: Enter the Rhythm Play a card that matches the evening’s music to gain a mood token. Face cards may reward you with an extra draw from the deck. Support the Conversation Play a diamond or a card with the same value as the music to challenge another player. You can reduce their mood — or force them to lose a card if they have none to spare. Fade into the Smoke Play a spade to change the suit of the evening’s music and shift the direction of the round. Face cards can even make the next player miss their turn. Deep Night Play an Ace to end the round instantly. You gain a powerful mood boost while your opponents may lose ground. The first player to collect 7 mood tokens wins immediately.
