Not Ready for Primetime
I almost didn’t book a lounge with these guys because this app is so bad, but thankfully their website runs fine. Its like they didn’t even bother testing this at all. Seldom do I see an app with this profile work so poorly. Why even bother launching something like this?
Interface sucks
Not sure if the app is still functional! Screen freezes the moment you try to lookup anything. Doesn’t show search results, or annual membership options! Basically doesn’t work at all.
Non functional
I’m not sure if this service is still available, but the app is non functional. There’s no way to view membership options or join.
Poor UI
The user interface is bugged. You can’t set up a profile. Even in guest mode, the lounge screen doesn’t load in. Perhaps the app will be okay when updated.

Finally an app that combine the possibility to use lounge from a frequent traveler as well as occasional one. We can purchase a one time lounge access or a membership to access lounges many time.
All companies with economy class or lower air fare policy should use it.
