Doesn’t work as advertised
The pairing and control was pretty easy to set up. The issue we are having is the ability to make video and audio calls. This is one of the biggest reasons we bought this. This was not a cheap “toy”, please fix ASAP and I will change my review.
Zero Stars: Connectivity Issues
So many connectivity issues no matter what mode you use. I don’t even want to list the problems we had with the app because it would take to long. Would not recommend at all.
My app
I have not had any trouble at least nothing significant with my app. I got the app and connected the device and after a few minutes I figured out how it works. It took a minute to figure out I had to move things at level up then down for them to do anything and for him to be added he has to add partner not me. Maybe not for the simple but definitely for the needed. It works wonders and is definitely worth a second purchase. I would pick this over a full size and deeper massage. FlamingPzzy

Love distance span
Zero stars. App states eel developer is not compatible with the iPhone pro max 12. I had it working a few months ago after hours of work. The phone was hacked and app disabled. The user manual also was removed from the package. I want a refund since the toy isn’t compatible after the message from the developer. Waste of money. Support is non-existent. My hymen will grow backe before I can get this thing working again.

It works!
It takes some patience and refreshing log-ins to get started. It really works though with stable connectivity! I’ve rocked my girl many times from thousands of miles away!
Waste of money
This app cannot connect for more than a few minutes at a time even on solo play. Connecting with a partner is basically impossible. Absurd issues for such an expensive toy.
Ripped off
Don’t get ripped by this product it cost a lot of money an it won’t pair with android phone at all won’t even come up in App Store Some one help please can’t return product even though has not been used waste of money
Will not connect
Accounts outside of main account will not connect. Very disappointing way to spend $200. Please fix! I’d love this product to actually WORK! :’(
It works for us
The reviews had me scared. But once it was charged, it worked for my long distance partner and I. We both had to be in the app though. You cannot exit (ie close the app to answer a text or something) while the connection is going or it will stop. And we are separated by about 6hrs. Also, had to reconnect the device a few times to get it working but it doesn’t take long. I used this with the purple butterfly from A&E. So far, it works for us.

No point
It barely connects. And when it does it’s for a few seconds max.
Waste of money
I paid $200 for this and the app can’t stay connected for more than 10 seconds with the phone literally next to it. It’s called love distance yet you can’t even “distance”. I’m extremely disappointed in the app. We’ve basically resorted to just using the button to cycle through the options. Definitely works, but defeats the purpose of the toy itself.

I would give 0 stars if I could. To spend this much on something just to not have one of the main functions not work is absolutely not okay.
Got this for my bridal shower
This app is trash, it doesn’t work well at all. Hardly pairs, I can’t add partners….app is trash and so is the Toy, what a waste of money and time.
Junk
You guys need to get your stuff together I spent $170 on this and it’s got terrible connection I can’t even be 10ft away without it losing connection. Very disappointed and hopefully you read these and do something about it!

This app and the toy are useless. The app crashes a lot. Do not buy! I bought the toy for $170 and I can’t return it and get my money back because almost every adult toy store has a no return policy.

Frustrating
When trying to use this app, it constantly says the remote is unavailable, and has not allowed me to set a username. I have tried to login many times and the app kicks me out everytime.
