This app is very simple to use. Simply start it and read the quote. I love that the quote stays until I want to change it. Then I get a new quote with a simple swipe. The background and font colour are easy to look at, which is a bonus.
I can use it as a meditation and stay with one quote, feel what comes up in my body and mind and be open to learning. Or I can use it like a deck of inspiration cards for an issue: open the app and pull a card to get the message. Or I can go through a few quotes to light up every part of me.
The one change I might make is to one aspect of the music. It is easy to listen to at the start but the drum and cymbals start to irritate me after a few minutes.
