Record a ride

Not too bad, just doesn’t record all of the ride, forgets to restart after a stop.

Excellent Free app with NO adverts

This app is excellent. Occasional glitches where it doesn’t pick up my rides, but it’s totally free and advert free too

I really wanted to like this app but…

I have finally realized that this app is more trouble than it is worth. The tracking is awful, there are constantly pop ups that claim you have the wrong settings and to turn auto logging on. The problem with auto logging is that it is constantly tracking whether you want it to or not and is severely depleting the battery. The only reason I tolerated this app was for the feature that allowed users to rate roads but that is almost as bad as the inaccurate tracking. Most of the time it won’t let you rate the roads anyway so I think it is time to give up on this failed experiment. So long.

Runs down the iPhone battery

Unfortunately, leaving the app running in the background takes a big hit on my iPhone’s battery so I’m having to turn off the ability to record rides automatically, and so will almost certainly forget to turn it on when I go out for a ride.

Great data

I don't know why I love the heat maps, but I do!

Good for keeping track mileage

At times the mileage ridden is way off so have to keep an eye on that.
Easy to use app, enjoy this one.

Great app for motivation

Really lovely app for tracking rides and motivating you.

Low accuracy

Is ok. Doesn’t automatically record everything, rather intermittent!

The auto tracking doesnt work well

The app is relatively good. However, the auto tracking doesn’t work well, especially in the city. The signal drops off regularly and results in incorrect data.

2 years and still laggy

I like that this is geared towards urban cycling and city planning, but two years of struggling to get off the ground, this app is still laggy, buggy, and now isn't even tracking my rides anymore. I turn it off and on, I update it, but my ride data just vanishes. Disappointing.

no.

app mostly sucks. way better in the browser. not worth downloading at all

No great at logging rides

Could be better

Not all rides load equally

Love to ride seems to have trouble with correct mileage and reason for rides when using a Garmin and Strava. I constantly have to correct the data. Sometimes it’s doubled, sometimes I’m cut significantly short. There doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason. It’s a bit cumbersome. Gladly I only monitor it in May.

Makes it easy

Very well designed app

Sketchy

Won't upload from Strava. I ride indoors only right now due to injury. App picks up nothing. Indicates it should be able to do so. Have to input everything manually. I have it set up to automatically record...nothing. Very hard to navigate. Had higher hopes.

Gone Downhill

This company was really friendly and supportive when we started working with them in 2021. Over the years, the app and the customer service went downhill. The app got busier without getting better, and so did their team! What's worse is that when we switched to a different platform (after multiple years of feedback to help them address our concerns), they seemed to become vindictive and started sending misleading messages to the users we'd brought on and then dropped syncing with the new platform. Really disappointing for a company that claims to be about "getting more people biking". Gross.

Terrible App

This app does not accurately record distance and you can’t edit your rides to correct it. It also does not connect to the Apple Watch. So, I’ve been trying to use Map My Ride to record my bike rides since it’s way more accurate and is supposed to connect to this app. At least it did last year, but it hasn’t uploaded my last two rides this year. The app takes you to their website for most things which is annoying…you should be able to do everything in the app. The app and the website are not user friendly and it seems impossible to contact anyone even though they have a section for that. The app crashes when trying to use the chat feature for help, so that feature is useless. I’m only using this app for a month long work event, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Auto log does not work

The auto log feature does not work. I don’t want to need to remember to open the app and start/stop every time I take a ride.

Automatic logging

Seems a bit temperamental syncing from Strava or Garmin
