Worst app I have used in ages. Not optimised for the nee iphone. Key functions not clicakable including the home button. No updates for years. If you organising anything don’t use this app!

Awful app
This app isn’t fit for purpose. Too clunky to function and often never does.
Unfortunately a great class that my children like to go to use this app. I hate this app so much that I can’t bear to use it to book the class so we don’t often go.

Absolutely horrendous app!
The app doesn’t allow me to go back to the previous screen and the home button doesn’t work. Absolutely terrible app - not functional at all! I’ve now deleted it.
A total crock of…
I don’t think I’ve ever used an app this bad. Simply trying to pay for my football club subs is driving me to despair. Not only is it designed like someone’s first ever app, back in 2010, but it repeatedly gives you tiny unusable web views, bad gateway messages and the crashes.
Disaster
I am struggling and lost 1h to do the payment and still unsuccessful , they should re-name to hate admin instead !!!

This app is unbelievably poor. The format, the functionality, the structure…… in fact, nothing about it is any good or works as it should. I’ve given up and resorted to the website.

Wow… alls i can say is this app performs like a fat lad in a marathon! Its slow, buggy and the simple pay feature doesn't work!! I mean, how hard is it to pay for something on this app… well you need the patience of a saint and an hour to navigate the shocking data capture page.
It needs a rework from the ground up, i mean 100 chimps, writing on 100 typewriters could come up with a more functional code than this app!!

So it will not let me sign up what ever I press I have an invalid user and I just can’t sign up please fix this

Awful. Won’t log in properly says invalid email when not. Drop down Option boxes blank. Just hideous software.
Terrible
App is useless also has issues trying to login to PayPal while also throwing issues when trying to set up a direct debit. I have had to use this pointless app on 2 different phones over the last couple of years to pay for a club for my daughter and it’s terrible.
The WORST booking app
This has to be the worst app I’ve ever tried to use to book my daughters gymnastics class. 99% of the time it’s so slow you can’t get past the log in page because it times out. I have given up so many times, if it weren’t for the face she lives going to her class, I would NEVER choose to use this app but the best ie has to be losing money because every parent I speak to has given up and not attended at some point.

I’m amazed
I honestly cannot believe any club signs up to this. The website doesn’t work. Ever. Tried on multiple platforms. Tried installing the app, won’t even allow me to log in. It’s insane. The tech is straightforward so it’s quite astonishing to see that there are problems to begin with, let alone problems that reoccur and never get fixed. ANY SPORTS CLUB READING THIS, DO YOUR MEMBERS A FAVOUR AND DONT SIGN UP!!!!’

Terrible
This app is terrible nothing works can’t even input Paymemt details, probably a good based on how terrible it is in iPhone.
First time registration
I downloaded the app today as the club my daughter goes too is now using this platform. I can’t even register! I’ve clicked first time logging in put in my email details in and that’s as far as I’ve got. I clicked next and my email is not recognised. Frustrating
Not optimised for newer iPhone
This app hasn’t been optimised for all-screen phones with FaceID, with the result that option buttons designed to sit in any of the four corners of an older iPhone’s rectangular screen do not appear properly on phones with curved corners.
This makes it difficult to select those buttons giving a user experience.
Please update this app to better fit newer iPhone screens.
