Can’t reach support for my upcoming wedding
I’ve been trying to reach them for a week for my upcoming wedding. They said support is available during the week but no one replies to emails or responds in the chat. I even tried emailing their marketing email as I haven’t received a response from the help and contact email. #onefreakedoutbride
A scam
They took my money, did the cast, then didn’t get my HD video. It didn’t save. Contacted support for a month, haven’t had a simple response.
Wonderful way to record a special event
Was very easy and far less expensive than hiring a professional. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to share a special experience with those that can’t make it or to re experience it in the future.
Disappointed
I paid for the upgrade, the stream was terrible. May have been the internet, but went to watch the video and it said it had expired. They now want $49 more to renew. You should give couples time to get home from their honeymoon before expiring the video.💔
Great Streaming Quality
We had the wedding in Seattle and live streamed 9.5 hours from Alaska to South America for relatives of the bride and groom. I used & recommend the premium service. I used an iPhone 11 on a tripod and the streaming quality, color, clarity was phenomenal at 1080p. The Lovecast support was great sending me a link to download a very large .mp4 file of preparation, wedding, and reception. We could not be happier with the quality of the service and the quality of the end product. I would strongly recommend this to everyone getting married!

If I can give a zero I would
I used this app for our big day and within 3 minutes of saying our vows it froze and would not reload or it would play just sounds in robotic form. No one else recorded at our wedding. My big mistake was relying on this app. DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. The most important day of our lives and all we have is terrible recording from this app, I wouldn’t even count it as a recording it barley shows anything. I’m not sure how this app has good ratings!? Always have a plan B!

Frozen video
I was very excited to use this app and stream our destination wedding to our friends and family that were unable to attend. Leading up to the wedding, the wedding website and details were nice, and we enjoyed the ability to update guests. However, about five minutes into the ceremony the video froze, and our guests were only able to hear the audio for about 90% of the ceremony. We had a perfect Internet connection throughout, but the video was frozen. I also had a brand new iPhone 15 with plenty of storage that we used to record. It should not have been an issue. Very upsetting to have learned this once the ceremony was over that none of our guests could see it.

Excellent App
My husband and I used this app for our wedding May 2022. This was during Covid and the app allowed us to share our day with family and friends that couldn’t attend in person. The live stream went well, and we loved the fact that guests could simply click on a link with no password needed. We also adored the rice throwing, chat, and guestbook. We highly recommend this app for any social occasion.

Started great but quick failure
We tested Wi-Fi strength and it was great - all the tests went well. We had approx 90 people from all over the world tune in only for the livestream to drop after 3 & half mins and never got back on line.
Exactly what we needed!
We were looking for a way to stream our wedding seamlessly and in great quality. Lovecast delivered above and beyond on that front. They were exactly what we needed.
The app is simple to use and not bloated with unneeded features. We were looking at competitors and even general streaming platforms. The free version of the app would have sufficed for a shorter wedding, but we opted for the premium just in case.
Our recordings/chat history were available for an entire year (longer for an additional fee), and the video auto-saves to your phone anyways, so you have a copy as if it was from the “Camera” app itself.
We actually just lapsed the year from our wedding and noticed that we never saved the chat history, and our link had expired. I reached out to support and they gave me a PDF of the history within a couple of minutes, without prompting us to pay for the extension.
Had a great experience with the app and even their amazing support team. I think this platform is great and would be welcomed even outside the wedding space (if the company isn’t already using their tech for this purpose). THANK YOU!

Very useful!
Super easy to use and it worked perfectly on the big day. Thanks to this, people could watch the wedding. It also made a recording, the only one we have, so very happy to have used this app.

It lagged a little in the beginning (I recommend using a great WiFi connection) but our loved ones were able to share in our special day and the video quality was great on their end
Incredible experience!
I cannot rave enough about our LoveCast experience. We opted for the premium version so we could have the custom URL as well as the photo guest book (which I’ve converted to JPEG images and had printed through Shutterfly!). We chose to use LoveCast over Zoom cause of just how simple it was. The test website was incredible, we were able to do 2 test sessions within the allotted ~80 minutes we had which allowed us to test WiFi and setups and then test again on the rehearsal night to make sure our friend handling the streaming was all set! I used an iPhone 12 Pro and the quality was incredible, both in the stream and the HD uploaded video. Both us and our guests loved that the video was almost instantly uploaded to the website and to our phone. It was also sooo simple for our friends and family to watch, just by simply going to the URL. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things- I would highly recommend using LoveCast for anyone looking to stream their wedding or event!

We used this app for our wedding and I'm so happy we did!! It saved us a ton of MO ey and we were able to capture what we wanted instead of hiring someone to do a video!! Thank you lovecast 🙌🏽

I can't say enough good things about the Lovecast app! We decided to do a desert destination wedding and let all our loved ones join us via the Lovecast app. We had people watching from all over the world at one time, and with so many great features that everyone loved. Plus those that couldn't watch in real time were able to watch the replay later. Our guests had great things to say about how the app worked, and convinced my brother to add it for his wedding too. Lots of love over the rice throwing feature by the guests. I had some questions while planning the wedding and the communication was excellent! The app creators are husband and wife who really do care about the experience of the Lovecast users.
I highly recommend it for all weddings. I will say we were looking for a way to share our wedding live and it was highly recommended to us from a friend who was a guest from another Lovecast wedding. In the desert it wasn't the best internet connection and windy, and so we used an external microphone attached to the minister which works amazing. A bit of buffering, but not much. However, we were able to upload the recording afterwards which was beautiful. And we were able to download it afterwards as well. So much fun to go back and read all the guest comments! Plus the digital guestbook was fun to read, and was also downloadable. My advise is to definitely use the feature to do test videos from the site. It was really helpful. Definitely was a wonderful part of our wedding!

It was an amazing free app I was able to use to capture my wedding for guests that could not make it to my event !
Easy to use
I used this app to livestream my wedding. It was simple to use -I gave my phone to a friend, she ran some tests, and then recorded the entire ceremony. I chose to upgrade the service so I could keep the recordings and livestream throughout the night. Definitely worth it! The quality was good, my guests had no trouble tuning in, and it was easy to use. Customers service is also amazing if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

Great customer service
As much as I wanted to use this app we were not able to use it due to the angle we needed since we needed to use a wide angle. They worked with us to see if we could make it work. Very helpful and working around the app was easy.
