Extremely disappointed. Please fix this glitch.
I really loved this game, but ever since April, there has been a very serious issue that has not been fixed. I have reported the issue, and so have many others over the last five months. It is an issue on both IOS and Google Play. Ads used to play just fine, but now they do not work. When you click to watch an ad, an error pops up saying there is a network connection issue. This is not the case, it is simply a glitch. But unfortunately, to unlock most of the items in this game, you need to watch ads. Even with the $12 ad-free purchase, only clothing is unlocked. Everything else from furniture, additional character slots, pets, and many actions in the game still require watching ads. But since the ads do not work, they are completely unobtainable. I’ve been waiting to see if they’ve fixed it, but it’s been five months and there have been several updates in that time with no fix whatsoever. I don’t understand why they won’t fix it, as it seems watching ads would make them money? At the very least, please allow a purchase that will unlock all ad blocked items, otherwise there isn’t a reason to continue playing this game. I’m very disappointed, as I really did love this game. Please fix it.
