So dumb and not worth using can’t even use the sound bar the way you want it mutes when you watch documentaries or whenever the title page is playing sound can’t change it on the app so dumb Bose is way better of a product anyways

Nothing but problems

Like the title says. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchasing.

Horrible app for a pricey set up

The apps horrible. No updates. No bug fixes. Nothing in there about refreshing or rebooting. It’s just horrible and to think that I paid 16,000. For my set up.

Does not connect to Lovesac couch

This is is miserable app after I connect to the stealthtec it automatically disconnects it is annoying!

Only one stealth tec allowed

The app only allows you to pair one stealth tec. If you have multiple, you can’t control multiple from a single device. Huge miss. I have more than one but have to use multiple devices just to configure my couches.

Disconnected by default

Frequently disconnects from my iphone and need to manually restart device.

Could be better but works now

They need to update the app more but once you update the BT chip it doesn’t disconnect anymore. The updates need to happen via the app / over the air. Having to use cables and a computer is a pain.

Poor Connection

Constantly drops connection. Even though my phone is connected via Bluetooth and playing music the connection still drops. And the app doesn’t work.

FIX THE APP

Fix the app & I’ll fix my review to “5”

Update the system

As much as you have to spend on this system and you still have to use the computer to update the software. I don’t understand how the devs can’t have the update pushed through the app verses needing computer, data cable and two separate updates to get the app to work. I’m starting to regret this purchase.

I used to work for lovesac

Lots of misinformation in the comments and even from people that currently work there. I was a manager at a store that was placed to sell more stealthtech sales. It isn’t blue tooth technology that connects the center channel to the subwoofer. It’s WISA technology. Stupid to point out but the difference matters. Bluetooth wouldn’t have the same connectivity difficulties but also would not sound as good.
Make sure your subwoofer is plugged into a surge protector with the same power capacity. A regular extension cord will not work. Power supply limitation is a major culprit. A lot of customer service and other store reps do not know that. Power surges can also damage the subwoofer over time.

The thing that kills me is the APP still barely works. It always disconnects from my phone. And I have to unplug my whole system. This has been an issue for people since the beginning and just annoying. I get that there’s a regular remote. But the selling point is the app.

Love the couch….hate the app. When it works it’s great but it never connects. Do better love sac

Great concept poor execution and no support

We have had our system for over a year and a half and it’s amazing when it works. Problem is love sac is not a software company and has not decided to become one. The last update was May 2023 and they still don’t have the iPhone blue tooth connectivity issue resolved. Now I am having blue tooth connectivity issues with my center channel and sub and the only option is to uninstall the system and start from scratch again. Man I wish they could make this work, it’s such a great idea, but it has taken our sactional, which we loved and spoke about constantly, and left us only speaking about the negative experience with the stealth tech. If you have a sactional and an iPhone save your money, love your sactional and don’t ruin it with stealth tech.

There should be a Class Action Lawsuit over StealthTech by Lovesac

The app continuously drops connection and you have to continually unplug the front speaker and plug it back in to get it to connect. This is a daily experience. Sometimes it gets so bad that you have to use the update stick. In case you’re wondering: Yes, everything’s updated. They should offer the new all wireless system to the existing customers if it works better.

There is zero support for the app, no updates, no fixes. This is absolutely unacceptable for the amount this system costs. Yet, Lovesac does nothing but just take your money and ignore like their product isn’t faulty…

Love sac app won’t connect

I had this now with Sonos and this app there is no place to allow the app to use Bluetooth. Yes in basic setting can connect via Bluetooth but nothing from the App itself so cannot move past initial screen.

Useless

I’ve had the Lovesac for over 2yrs now, and the app has never worked properly. Never stays connected as others have complained about. Don’t understand why developers can’t fix this bug. Total inconvenience having to unplug unit to get it to connect to the app.

Never stays connected

It’s great when it works. But it only works one time than disconnects. You have to unplug the soundbar then it’ll reconnect. Really irritating

Need to unplug and replug speaker to connect!

Love everything about it but there’s been a connection issue with my stealth tech and seems like everyone else is having the same issue after lots of research. I have to unplug center speaker and replug back in every single day multiple times a day if I leave the home and come back just to reconnect to my phone. Very annoying. It’s been 2 and a half years now. FIX IT!!!!!!

Issues staying connected

Also having to reset unplug the unit every time I want to connect ridiculous.

Terrible app

This app does not stay connected. Every day you have to unplug the soundbar to reset. We have gotten to the point where don’t even use it. I feel like we were ripped off as we added this for the convenience and now it’s everything but that. I talk to a rep in February and he promised there was an update coming in the next 30 to 60 days and here we are almost 4 1/2 months later and nothing. The last update was 8 months ago. We are spending thousands on this stuff and I feel Ike I went to Value City.
