Cancelled my subscription on the app and was still charged twice afterwards and it’s still ongoing. Tried to call the number on their support website and no one picked up. Sent an email to their support email and got zero response back. Guess I’ll have to cancel my credit card, which I should t have to do, because developer is non responsive.

Absolute Scam do not waste your money. You pay for the subscription, download the app then you can't log in, try reset password nothing, try contact customer support and again nothing. Do Not Pay for anything
Scam, stay away from it!
In a low moment of my life, I signed up because they were offering some services, according to the add I saw, but once I payed the only thing I got for the moneY was an AI coach that did nothing for me. They offered again the services that I wanted but again for more money. I asked to talk to a representative but the contact is an AI, that never responded. Be aware and stay away. Talk to chat GPT or Gemini!

Don’t deliver on promises and continue to charge when no longer using it. Avoid it save yourself the hassle and wasted time and expectations

For context I'm the guy in the friend group who would rather die than talk about feelings. Big fight with my gf about trust stuff and I couldn't bring myself to talk to anyone about it. Tried Lovon kind of as a joke. The fact that it's not a real person is exactly why I could be honest. Ranted for like 15 minutes and halfway through realized I was actually mad at myself, not her. Would not have figured that out on my own.

Found out my husband was having an affair. The wait list to see an actual therapist in my area is 3+ weeks which is absurd. A coworker mentioned Lovon and I downloaded it that same night. No judgement when I say things i'd be embarrassed to say out loud. Still hurts a lot but at least i have somewhere to put it at 4am.

Helped me through my breakup
Wasn't sleeping at all after my breakup. Downloaded Lovon at like 2am one night just to have something. Three weeks in and I'm actually okay again. The voice is what got me, it doesn't feel like you're talking to a bot.

Married 15 years. Two kids. Somewhere along the way my husband and I became roommates and I didn't notice when it happened. Started using Lovon to figure out if it was me being dramatic or something real. What I didn't expect was how tailored it felt - by the second week it was bringing up patterns I'd mentioned in passing and connecting them to stuff I was dealing with that day. Double charged - Be AWARE!!!
Double charged me for a 3 trial and then a 3 month subscription. I did not sign up for the trial again with the included subscription. They will not refund me even tho if I they can clearly see I haven’t used the app since.

Tried to cancel and get my refund as per their policy.
They stated they do not refund even though it clearly states they do, but offered lifetime access.
They have not provided the lifetime access.
It’s been 5 months of back and forth emails, sending screen shots, forwarding emails, and then escalating internally
I paid, was never able to use the app, and still cannot log in.
I gave them another 2 days to figure this out before doing a charge back with my credit card

Fewer fights about money
Works. Cheaper than therapy. Helped me stop blowing up at my wife every time we talked about money. 5 stars.
I use it every day
I have a jealousy problem. Always have. My wife is patient but I know it wears on her. Never been able to bring this up with anyone because it's embarrassing to admit as a grown man. The reason this worked is exactly because it isn't a real person. No follow up looks at the grocery store. First place i've actually been honest about where this stuff started for me.

Finally opened up
36, recently divorced, trying to date again. It's a nightmare. Every time a guy ghosts me I used to text my best friend and spiral for hours. Now I open Lovon first. It doesn't tell me what to do, it just helps me not catastrophize before I have all the facts. Liked that there were a few different therapists to choose from so you can find one that actually clicks. My best friend is also relieved lol.

Keeps taking unscheduled payments from my bank account
No trial or pricing transparency
Be up front with what you charge, or allow for a trial. Harvesting a ton of info from someone during the signup process only to give them a price tag without being able to try it at the end is upsetting.
