used to be amazing, now it’s not.
i first found this app through an awesome friend and i was so happy because it did exactly what i wanted to. most “low res” converters add jpeg artifacts or something that isn’t what i want. this app was the type of thing i was looking for. but after updating it, you can’t even do the 120p option without paying. the entire point of the app is to make your pictures lower quality and you can’t even use the lowest PRESET. i don’t care about custom resolutions, the lowest preset is now paywalled and it just makes this all feel like a slap in the face to people who like this aesthetic.

It used to be much easier with better simple interface with minimal processing. Now it’s fancy with smaller icon. It doesn’t function. When I video. I cannot leave it alone and stand by. I have to continuously touch it. Then it needs to process. I have to wait. Old app it saves quickly. Sucks sucks! So disappointed! 1 star now.

Having to wait for the video to convert is a deal breaker.
I finally updated the app and now it is unusable. It used to be instant. You record your low quality video and close the app. Done.
Now, you have to keep the app open and wait for it to covert/compress the video. If you take a 5 minute video at 480p, you’ll be waiting MINUTES for it to finish. Terrible.

apps keeps crashing
The app itself was pretty good like 3-4 months ago but now it keeps crashing on start up & I heard u have to pay now just to get certain resolutions 😭
Extremely slow when record video
Extremely slow when record video. For example to save 1min of 120p video, after pressing Stop you need to wait another minute for video to be saved.

Very useful app, poor recent update. Rotate does not function as it should. Option to restore purchases not working as it should. Please fix this.

Were the ads not good enough for you?? I felt like I was already being generous watching ads for something you could do online for free. The new update requires you to pay a premium fee to change the resolution to their presets (not even a custom resolution option btw) after 2 years of letting you do it for free. Putting a paywall in this app was the stupidest thing you could do

I’ve used this app for 2 years and this app used to be free and all that would happen is an ad would play everytime you open the app. Now you have to pay for the two lowest qualities and have to watch an ad everytime you want a new photo and you can’t use as many photos as you like anymore only “pro” users get to select as many photos as they want

A weird bug
Why does the audio keep glitching it goes like 2 times faster then usual and when theres no more audio it’s just dead silent. Please fix this I want to have normal videos with low quality

Top of the line
Like an idiot I updated to the latest version (Oct 2025) and now there are long ads I literally can't skip. Great move devs. I'm deleting it. Prefer to transfer a photo to my computer to resize and back to the phone.. it's faster

I did not even get to use the app features, every time I press a button an ad just pops up so I just deleted it 🙂
