Wrong focus
I hoped that this App would be useful but it implies that your out-of control drinking is at inappropriate times and places. I drink wine with dinner, most days. I share a bottle with my partner. I can’t substitute that with an activity or mindfulness. I like wine. I also drink water with meals. So I don’t see how this app will help me. I’ve deleted it as it’s not relevant to my lifestyle and I can’t see how it will help me cut down. Will power here I come!

Very useful
Great app and very helpful
Great for staying on track
Possibly the most helpful app I’ve tried for helping me stay on track. Great tools and I did find it very intuitive! My coworkers are also planning to use it for dry January.
Poor user experience , no helpful advice
As others have said, the app is not user friendly and frustrating to use. It doesn’t seem to offer any practical suggestions. Given that it asks to track location and personal data I was hoping for more advice that would be related to me. With more guidance, the tools in the app might make a helpful lifestyle change.

Terrible user experience
Poor user experience. A good app doesn’t need instructions on how to use it. Some pages made no sense at all, and there weren’t any buttons to enter info. Deleted it after I trialled it. The iPhone’s own nav covered the app’s navigation so it doesn’t look like any user testing has taken place before launching it.
