Immediate error for months!!
Despite new versions, install & reinstall and iOS upgrades, App IMMEDIATELY CRASHES UPON LAUNCH!! iPhone 17 iOS 26.5.1 have reported prior via email and no answers. Condition exists for months now.

Issues with connecting
When I try logging in it always says sorry, can’t connect or something along those lines. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled and still no change. This has been happening for 6 months.
Can’t even login
I go through chrome to try to log into my account and it pulls up the app after I login. Then when I try to clip coupons I have to login again and just get an error and it says try again. I barely go to Lowe’s unless I’m in a certain area and we got a physical coupon but literally can’t get access to their digital

Fails most of the time
Doesn’t open while you are at the store, now started to malfunction and after reporting it, got completely ignored, they want you to shop but not credit the purchase
Won’t work!
This was a great app, but I now have the same connection issues that have been mentioned in these reviews. Bummer.
No Apple Wallet support
Nice app. Needs Apple wallet support. I don’t need to go to the app when I’m in the store. I pay with Apple Pay so my card so be easy to get to. Please add this. It’s super easy.
What App?
This app has consistently told me that there are reconnection issues, so I can’t even log in to use it to shop at my local market. No point in installing, it’s just taking up space on my phone.
Eternal Connection Errors
The app is quite frankly unusable. I’ve tried many time to even get the app to open, but every time I am presented with a “Connection Issue” error.
I’ve tried on WiFi, on cellular, uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve even tried opening it in store. But the app will never connect.
So honestly there is no point in downloading the app, unless you really need a placeholder on your Home Screen that you never plan to click on.

No FaceID
Decent enough app but lack of FaceID means trying to remember a password or leaving it running all the time.
No quality testing on app
Does not load. Have installed and reinstalled to no avail. Running latest version of iOS and get in-app error msg "Embarassing! We're currently experiencing some technical difficulties." [reconnect] button

Does Not Work
Does Not Work. I downloaded and set up account. Then when I open the app later it reads that a new version is available and crashes. I go the Apple Store and see that the app is up to date. This loop-pattern is stuck. App does not work.

I have an old phone. I can no longer use your app at all. Totally disappointed that I can not use the digital coupons, or scan my card. Can not even reinstall the App to use card number on phone( as one of your employees suggested).

Way too buggy for how much it costs to use
The app constantly takes additions to the cart and then un-adds them without any warning whatsoever. It’s basically impossible to use without quadruple checking your cart before checkout, and even then what’s listed is sometimes wrong.
iPad app useless if you use the Apple Magic Keyboard
Please update the app so that it works on the iPad in the horizontal orientation of the iPad. I only use my iPad with a Magic Keyboard….please update the app.
poor app
The experience would be great if it worked consistently. I should not have to log in every time I try to use the app. Then I’m kicked out and cannot login because the reset password feature does not move fast enough to reset while I’m in the store.
Okay
It would be helpful if you added fuel rewards progress and well as your fuel rewards points. While I know it is on the recipe it would be way more convenient in the app like Harris Teeter.
