I was trying to find a specific item and asked AI assistant where it could be found in store. Rather than saying that the item was out of stock, it pulled up a completely different item and told me where to find that. Not helpful at all.

Great pricing, fast delivery, easy app to use
I’ve shopped from Lowe’s many times via their app, it’s easy to use, I love that I can leave and come back hours, days, or months later, and my items are still in the cart that I had previously shopped for, which is something regular websites don’t do. Lowe’s, generally quick shipping and often free shipping so that’s a great bonus.

Lowes App Failure
While placing an order, I tried updating my credit cards and deleting old cards. While in the app, I was locked out of the app and lowes.com. I contacted Lowes directly to correct. They said I was locked out of the app and lowes.com for 24 hours. Im a 35 year customer. They ordered to place my order but refused to unlock my account. I refused and will purchase elsewhere. I wasted an hour trying to purchase and update my credit card information and will now have to go elsewhere to pick up needed materials.

I did a lot of business at lowe’s this spring because I was selling my house. Many staff members helped me with cheerfulness, professionalism and expertise in their department. I’d like to mention the head cashier Nancy, isabel, Joe, Crystal, moth and there are a few other guys who I can’t remember I wanna say Paul and SHAWN,. Wonderful, kind, patient people with a high level of professional professionalism.

Poor performance
Ordered windows on 5/29/26 over $20k. Windows were delivered broken. Windows reordered and arrived broken again. Job has been delayed.
They do whatever they want
I ordered a lot of tools. I waited 16 days for them to not care, and they decided to return them. In total they held my money for 26 days. First and last purchase. In addition I specifically bought during discount
