No search bar!!!!!

Ever since the website and app update last week. I cannot search for anything without a book in front of me for item numbers. That’s extremely hindering.

Even when we had a search bar, the parameters were so finicky you had to nail the name exactly to find what you were looking for.

Pretty impressed with this app and how it functions as a tool for maintenance teams. New updates come regularly and always include helpful new features.

My Lowe’s PRO accounts WORKS on my laptop but it will not work on this app. Yes I am a contractor with a PRO ACCOUNT.

Can’t copy/paste password to log in

Somehow the paste function is damaged and doesn’t function (a blank box appears instead of the paste command). Yes, mine is a Pro account.

Can’t log into my pro account on the pro app

Can’t log into my pro account on the pro app but I can log in on a regular computer. App doesn’t work well

Does not recognize my Lowe’s pro supply account

I registered online and tried to login through the app and it does not recognize my account.

Steph, It does not sound like you are a Lowe's Pro Supply customer as we do not offer online account registration; registration would happen through your onboarding with your rep. Please confirm that you can login at LowesProSupply.com. If so, and you are still unable to access the app, please contact Lowe's Pro Supply via the support form at https://www.lowesprosupply.com/ContactUs and we will get your issue resolved right away.

Logins / accounts are not synced with web

Disappointed in this app. Created an account online and the app doesn’t recognize it…

Hours on app

The hours no longer show up in the app. This is store hours. In fact my app shows that every single Lowe’s has closed in my state. This should be an easy fix Lowe’s. I’ll will happily update this when the hours return.

Thank you for your comment. It sounds as though you are looking for the Lowe's app meant for retail customers. This app is for Lowe's Pro Supply customers and will not show local retail store hours.

Won’t even let me login

It says my email is not the correct format, but it is. It’s my email address, no typos, no spaces, I triple checked.

Update: it appears as though you may be using another Lowe's app. We don't have records of you on our customer database, and the functionality you described is not how our app works. Note there is a separate Lowe's app for consumers, for which the logins are not the same.
