So crap it doesn’t even load

I wonder if the developers just completely forgot they made this product and abandoned it, given that it hasn’t been fixed in quite some time. I wonder why clients aren’t complaining daily to Loxo about this clearly deficient product.

Can’t open app

Downloaded the app on my iPhone 11, can’t get the app to open. Can’t find support.

Only A Contacts List

It would be great to be able to edit records and do updates without going through the web app. Currently on allows use as a searchable contacts list with contact info only.

Searching people records and nothing more

Loxo Mobile functions as a phonebook for your people records. From the app, one can perform a basic search on people records and from within a record have access to telephone numbers and email addresses on that record. This is the extent of the functionality of Loxo’s mobile app. There is no access to any other part of the ATS from a mobile device.
