Keeps dropping connection & limited text sizes
Keeps dropping connection. Can’t tell if it’s ON or OFF once on my back because then the entire thing turns black. Glitchy interface. Connection issues must be fixed or this entire product is useless.

The app did not work very well I wish it had a reset button but it did not! And now I have to get a completely different new led back pack😭

Can’t access the App anymore, was working fine now won’t open at all… UPDATE?

I wish there were more generic downloads plus the happy new year has 2022 and it’s now 2026

Idk what all the bad reviews are for. Yes it’s not perfect but it’s not awful. It does what I need and never failed to get a laugh or confused stares… Let’s support this apps constant improvement. My backpack saved me from losing my wallet in vegas and brought many memories. Thank you Loy Space peeps👏👏👏

This is probably the actual worst app ever made. It is soooo bad and not user friendly at all. None of it works as intended. Don’t believe any of these other reviews saying this app works as intended. It doesn’t.
Could use additional features.
The app works as intended. Never had any issues loading to the screen.
Would love it if there was an option to save a playlist then load it up again later. If it’s there I couldn’t seem to find it. That would be a huge improvement!

App doesn’t work
Worked great when it got delivered but it’s stuck on the .gif I last selected. Now the app no longer works, just has a sad face. 😕
NO CONNECTION
THIS APP IS PURE TRASH!! IT WONT CONNECT REGULARLY. IVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO CONNECT IT TWICE, THEN IT TIMES OUT SO YOU HAVE TO RECONNECT AND EVERYTHING OPERATES THRE THE APP, POWER AND EVERYTHING. DONT WASTE YPJR TIME OR MONEY. DOPE CONCEPT BUT TERRIBLE EXECUTION!!
This app is garbage
Everything about it is super buggy
It’s super slow and when you try connecting a new gif it just bugs out and your light starts flashing. There’s also not any good way to connect your backpack.. like it’s “via Bluetooth” but it doesn’t actually connect and when it does it usually disconnects immediately and has tons of issues with disconnecting and reconnecting

Pairing unsuccessful/ not supported on iPhone 13 plus iOS 18.5 or 13 mini
Have not been able to pair my phone with cross bag led for a week now. If you have a iPhone do not use will not work.

only suggestion i’d have to the devs is to add profiles so i can cycle through different sets of pictures, and to let it project the album cover from whatever i’m listening to on spotify

I’ve tried to connect my phone and computer via Bluetooth and WiFi and neither are “compatible” and I can’t use the backpack I bought. I got scammed!
