Remote control and app need some work
All the RC functions are here, but I’d like to be able to add my husband’s bed as well. Is there a reason I can only connect to one bed? He snores and I want access to raise and lower his head. Also, sometimes it takes a few tries before the bed catches the Bluetooth signal. Better with phone than RC (which is terrible). I suspect it’s a faulty Bluetooth signal reader on the bed itself and not the fault of the app.

Godsend!
I am a quadriplegic with multiple sclerosis and unable to operate any traditional remote controls. Being able to have the application on my smart phone enables me to have complete control over my wonderful LP prodigy LBR + bed. The controls are far simpler then on the actual remote and extremely easy to navigate.

Under bed lighting function on LBR plus
After accessing the under bed lighting in the app, there are no presets available all I have is a color palette to pick a color. The instructions manual shows 12 preset colors. Was this removed from the app or am I missing something? I have the LBR plus bed frame.

App won’t even open all the way
It downloads fine, gets to the 3rd screen and stops, can’t scroll to the continue button. I bought this bed to connect to Alexa now I can’t do that u til the app is fixed.

I am also sorry to have to tell you that the base you purchased does not support Alexa Integration. We do have an adjustable base that supports Alexa, but it has not yet been sold on the consumer market. Thank you. Easy to use with each feature easily accessible. Glad I went with this bed!
