So far so good
Because of chronic back problems, my wife spends much of the day in our Serta adjustable split king bed. She keeps both the supplied remote and her phone with her on the bed, but that little remote easily disappears, and it hurts too much for her to do much searching for it. So I installed this app on my phone to control both sides of the bed, and then installed it on her phone to control just her side. The instructions are less than adequate, especially when setting it up for 2 beds (hint, unplug both sides before starting the connection process). Once I had both indicators flashing saying the beds were ready to connect, it was just a matter of seconds before I had both sides responding perfectly to either phone. I hope the app continues to perform as well as it has just out of the gate.

Almost there 09/29/2025
Thank you for the update! However, there are still issues. I have a KA20IC 9513 platform and the tandem buttons work but the buttons to move head/foot in standalone do not. Head does not move up/down in standalone mode BUT foot does work to bring the bed down. So now to move the head I use tandem mode to move head/foot up then move foot down to get the right position. Hope to see another update soon. Cheers I appreciate you and your team!

It Works Again
After 2 week of the so being broken it seems to be fixed again. It does what it says, raises and lowers my feet and head on my bed.
App is broken
The most recent update no longer works. All ability to control the bed from my phone had been removed. Company does not respond to email.
Recent update failed
Had to use the app since our remote died and we can’t replace the battery which seems absurd.
Started using the app but it had issues. I could only control both sides together instead of adjusting my side separate from my husband’s side.
With the most recent app, we can’t adjust the beds at all. I’ve reconnected the bed multiple times but it won’t adjust the bed.
With so many bad reviews you would think they would fix the issues. I do not recommend their products.
