Annoying
The app is fine once you get in, but it’s impossible to log in without calling the bank 3 times. If I don’t log in for a little while, then I want to check something out quick during hours that the bank is closed, I can’t. The app will freak out and send me 10 pop up notifications quickly saying that my information is incorrect and I need to call my bank. Even if I have my password written down it will not work. Then I attempt to put in my username and it sends me down an endless road of security questions I’ve never provided the original answer for.
Infuriating log in process. I understand it has to be secure but I know there’s better ways.
