Terrible
The app is plagued with bugs, glitches, and data loss when uploading. The support staff has a habit of blaming all the problems with their software, on the user. Awful app...even worse support.

The version you're speaking of however was only a Beta version, precisely to identify these sorts of issues, so we could have them fixed in the full release. Sprinkler inspector
Overall I love the program, and especially love the ability to utilize it on my phone, I cannot tell you how wonderful that is. I do appreciate the onsite Software LSI crews promptness in getting issues resolved as well as their communication with me the customer/field user. I'm so happy that the company that I work for uses this program.
