Hate new update
HATE the new update. Can’t sort nor search by “creator”, have to scroll through everyone to find the post I want to see
Keeps Crashing
I was looking for a way to report that the app is still crashing when I switch to a creators page even after the update.
Disappointed
I used to love the LTK app; however, the user experience has gone significantly downhill in the last several months. The app crashes any time I use it, whether I’m scrolling through saved posts, my home page, or simply trying to visit a creator’s page. When the app does manage to stay open, there are typically some serious latency issues, with the screen lagging and getting “stuck” when I try to scroll. I hope they can get to the bottom of these issues, as they significant detract from the user experience.

Keeps Crashing
This app crashes every time I open it or every time I try to follow someone. Which is so frustrating because the people I follow on Insta use this app and can’t really have everything in one place if this app just doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app and even updated my phone and this app still doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend downloading this app.

App Crashes
I love this app. However when I click on some creators the app crashes. I’m in tech support. So yes, I’ve uninstalled/reunstalled, powered down my phone, etc. and it still is happening.
Fix the Bugs
When I click on certain creators name, instead of bringing up their posts, the app shuts down. It’s annoying. It’s caused me to stop using it as often.

This app keeps crashing! Also why is there not an easier way to find your favorite accounts? I need “favorites” I can’t remember their names off the top of my head! This app could use a lot of improvement
Always crashing
This app crashes every single time I use it. Also, the fact that it automatically follows anyone if I click a link is really frustrating. All the positive reviews are from the creators making $ off the app, not general users.
Used to be great
Constant notifications. And false notifications - telling me items are on sale when the item is no longer available;
Is very buggy
Whenever I’m scrolling through my saved posts the app just bugs out. I want to see all the posts I’ve saved without the app crashing

There's a heart icon and a bookmark icon. I don't know which one to click anymore. I've been "saving" posts for months and I never have access to them. Can't find them anywhere. So now I have to click both the heart and bookmark tabs or else it's lost?? Just have one and call it a day. Way to overcomplicate something that should be simple.

Does Not Work Well
This app is great in theory but it has so many design flaws and does not work half the time so it becomes unusable. They constantly update it but somehow the updates make the user experience worse? My app has been glitching for some time now and I reached out to the support team only to be ghosted. You are better off using ShopMy which is more user friendly and works consistently.

How does this all still not work
It’s been over a year if this app not working at all. Always show click to reload or nothing appears on it. Really sad. I used to use this app all the time. It’s time for someone else to come out with another app. Not sure how after a year it’s till not working.
Can’t sign in on iPad
Created an account but the app doesn’t allow a keyboard to type my password. Stupidity.
Terrible
Freezes every time I try to use. Worst app ever. Could be great but so frustrated with it I’m giving up. Very disappointing
Glitches & crashes
I can’t do ANYTHING in this app! It’s been glitchy and crashing or freezing for weeks!!
Keeps freezing during search
Every time I open the app to an initial search it freezes. I can never get past that point. Please fix it. It’s already incredibly annoying that influencers use this app and we are forced to switch platforms to just to get a link. But if we must go through LTK to get a link, please at least have a workable app!
