This app doesn’t work half the time and just closes it out every time I try to open it. Considering getting rid of this garbage and going to another system. Inwould recommend not to get this one

The old analog apps are more functional and user friendly than this. Constantly freezes up, loses connection, hard to organize favs.

The app completely stopped working after the update a week or so ago and I contacted them. A new update on 3/13 fixed the issue Thank You!
Quick fix
Support quickly fixed app when they realized that there was a bug. It works great and use it every day!
App. Not working
After last update 3/9/2023. App will not open. Just crashes. Please restore old version or do another update. Reason for going with this camera system was for remote access to cameras.

Update broke it
App won’t open on IPhone after an update. I updated my IOS too. Impossible to get ahold of someone at the company to report it or through Apple.

LTS PRO-VS
This app is not user friendly at times you have to close the entire app to go to a different camera to view it at times and today the entire apps just stop working. I have downloaded it on 3 phones and when you click on the app it just crashes and takes you back to your phone screen. I tried to download it on a 4th phone and it won’t even download just spins. Very expensive camera system with nobody to call this is not good at all.

Was working fine as of 3/11 the app doesn’t work at all.

March 2023 update to iOS doesn’t allow app to launch. Just flashes on screen and returns to Home Screen on device

Since yesterday no of my phones can open the app! Tap on it and opens and closes faster than a split second! So it must be something the did in a update for Apple phones!
