Worst Thing Ever
These Cameras come with nothing but problems especially whenever trying to review past recordings!!They are impossible to investigate past recordings without frustration and it’s done by design to scheme on the buyers I invest more time into this app for revenue!!! whoever invested or founded this company is a Horrible person and a Thief!! I got my refund and never looked backed at this company no way Jose! LORAX CAMERAS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM USA

App fails to open a camera view 99% of the time!
Every update to this app is worse than the previous one. Currently it will only access my doorbell camera but not ANY of my other 12 cameras. I’ve had it with Lorex. I’m going to take every piece of equipment from this system and throw it in the garbage and buy a brand that works. ANYTHING would be an improvement over this garbage. Lorex should be ashamed, but they are not. Aside from that, their customer service is beyond reproach, that is if you can even get a response from these fools. STAY AWAY!!! You will be much happier with any other brand.
