Remote Control

Please give back remote control capabilities the ability to manually adjust the camera was a feature that we used a lot. After 2.5.0 lost remote control. Please please bring back asap especially for the T1020

Won’t connect to FLIR DEVICE

iPhone and FLIR are on the same network, and discovery never sees it. When I enter the IP address, it says device not found.

Even tried what the app suggests and joined the FLIR to my iPhone Hotspot… same thing.

Also tried after turning off the firewall in the FLIR.

This app is now useless.

I am a tinkerer

I use my TG297 very infrequently to tinker with my cars but after the last update it does not connect to my camera. It doesn’t even see the camera. Yes, I have the camera in discovery mode.

Select all function no longer works

The Latest FLIR app update essentially broke their application. There is no way to save or delete pictures en masse, it must now be individual picture by picture. The select, all function selects all photos, and provides no other option to share, save, or delete the photos. This makes the select all function useless. This needs to be rectified.
