Outdated, poor quality, high price tag
If you’re thinking of buying a Ricoh camera save yourself money and don’t. Mine broke after 3 months and it’s spent the majority of its life in a hard shell case. $1250 down the drain!
Garbage
Forces sign in, anti privacy garbage. Can’t update firmware. No thanks
Can’t log in, can’t use this app.
By requiring a log-in to use the app, you’ve made the software unusable when in the field without internet. And, like other legacy users, my THETA account is linked to my Apple ID. The RICOH360 app does not support this; so i cannot use my existing account. The original THETA app does support that login method (indeed, it initialized the account).

Older app, better product.
Theta app may be outdated but it still works better than the Ricoh360 app.
Bad App
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It is lacking so many features and it’s not easy to use.
