Good, but needs improvement
The service provided is good. I like being able to use my iPhone to get professional quality photos with multiple exposures and then ability to upload for editing. The editing is always good, but sometimes the editing is better on some projects than others. The app and their processes are the most frustrating part. You can’t just directly pay for your order. You must purchase credits first, then submit your order and pay using a credit card. This is unnecessary and just wastes my time, in particular because there is no way to save your payment method and they don’t accept Apple Pay or other convenience methods. This means I have to have my credit card accessible every time I submit an order. It’s costing you money, because there have been instances where I didn’t have access to my credit card, so we just didn’t submit the orders. If they would improve this, this would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app.

A Game Changer
I am forever grateful to my real estate colleague who recommended this app to me. In a side by side comparison of Snap’s photos with photos by the professional photographer who took my photos in the past, many of my friends and colleagues couldn’t tell the difference. Of course, the user has to know how to frame a photo, but the app does the rest of the work for you. And it’s much cheaper than hiring a photographer. And YOU own the photos. And the turnaround time is stellar…usually 24 hours or fewer. Thanks, Box Brownie!
