Not happy.

Does it create a tour? sure. Is it good. No. Is the app easy to use? Somewhat. The software takes a while to figure out. So you start the tour and scan and the. Have to assign it to a room. You can reassign later but it’s a pain. You can and should hide scan positions while scanning or later but it doesn’t explain this. Not doing so makes editing more difficult later. The app I think it only uses Bluetooth to connect to the camera not WiFi. This means the app keeps getting disconnected from the Theta X if I venture too far away, which limits the ability to get out of sight of the camera. Reconnect isn’t always automatic. Each image is uploaded to the phone or tablet and then uploaded to their servers. The time between scans are very significantly because I’m waiting for the app to stop saying “camera is busy” or “fetching image”. I’m sticking with Matterport. Their system, tour, and experience is much better.

All these 5 star reviews must be bots

The app works maybe half the time if I’m lucky. Scans don’t upload I have to manually go through and retry the upload for every single scan, once I have more than 4 scans to a room I can no longer scroll to edit the first scan of the room. The customer service is awful. Matterport is and was miles better. This app sucks

I love it🥰

Embarrassing Customer Service

While the app works fine (most of the time), the Zillow customer service is embarrassingly bad. With week-long response times for adjustments to 3D Tours and floorplans, they really need to change something.
