Lorex came through and fixed the notification issue. Faster than last time so I will increase my rating to 4 stars. If you can update regularly so we don’t have to beg and plead for an update, I will raise to 5 stars. Some will hate, but the app works perfectly for my needs if notifications work.
Notifications have once again stopped working. Rebooting everything and turning notifications off and back on does nothing. Lorex, please update the app to fix!!

Worst camera app and cloud service ever
I have several brands of cameras from basic to great professional. Lorex Cloud and Lorex products apps are the worst reliability and most junk functioning out of any. You can buy a 29.99 camera on Amazon with better support and reliability. Cameras are great but their cloud/ app are pure garbage. Works 20% of the time if we are lucky. Do better! Sincerely someone who has $10s of thousands unfortunately invested in Lorex cameras . Sincerely a clearly dumb loyal customer.

Push notifications finally fixed!!
Thank you for fixing the Lorex cloud push notifications. What I did not like is you answering feedback with 2 and 3 year old responses. You need to look at the bad reviews and fix the problem asap. I had to end up calling you to get this problem resolved. When I tell you there’s a problem on your end start believing in that, because I know my system better than you do! Only one other thing, I use the 4 alarm contacts in the back of the NVR. It never once recorded the associated camera with the alarm contact picked up.

This app use to be great! Not sure what happened. Push notifications suddenly stopped working; customer care wasn’t able to help resolve the issue, and we’re aware of this being a common issue!!! This is very frustrating and disappointing!

Research before you buy !
Been days now with out any notifications, there’s work this company needs to get done. When things are up and running good than it’s a decent app.

App needs an update from developer
Since June 8, 2026 haven’t been able to get any push notifications through the app. Saw the developer post on another recent review saying to make sure the app is up to date or download and reinstall it.

The worst app I used so far
I would give zero if I can. Every year, the app won’t send any notification after Lorex did some upgrade in their app. Can you just do fully test before release your upgrade version? Train your customer service, go to roof to check the camera version is not the solution to fix your app issue.
