Something you should add
I think that the app is a good simple one to request rides as a student at LU but I wish that there was a forgot password option because for some reason the app logged me out. I cannot remember my password and there is no way to recover the account I made.

Hi :) Thank you for your feedback! I added a “Reset Password” feature so users can reset their passwords if they ever lose their passwords. You can now tap the gear icon on the bottom right corner of the login screen. Then tap“Reset Password”, enter your Lawrence email, and follow the steps to set a new password.
