A lot of thought put into this app
I just started a program with Lucas and I used this app. It took me very little to figured out how the app works. I have to say that I am very impressed with the amount of thoughtfulness put into building this well rounded app. Great functionality and definitely the right tool to follow Lucas’ programs. I’m am excited for my health journey. Thank you Lucas for putting this great quality product out there.
