Apologies for this experience, our subscription can be cancelled easily from the app or the App Store where you downloaded the app from, if you forget to cancel the subscription there is unfortunately not much we can do about it as it gets charged automatically by the system (that is how all subscriptions work) - please reach out to support@lucen.app if you are still running into any issues!

Thanks for the honest feedback — and sorry you ran into this. Uploads: Lucen supports uploading up to 20 screenshots per upload, and you can also use voice input to add context about your situation beyond just text messages. If there's a different mode of input you'd like for us to support, please let us know and we'll prioritize adding that. Crashes: We did have a spike in traffic right after Valentine’s Day, which caused some temporary stability issues. We’ve been rolling out fixes and monitoring closely. Subscription + content: The subscription is the same across mobile and web, and your account/content should be accessible on both when you’re signed into the same login. Support: Totally fair callout. We’ve been behind on replies during the surge, but we’re catching up and improving response time. If you’re open to it, please reach out again via in-app support (or the contact link in Settings) with the email you used to sign in, and we’ll help get everything working smoothly. We’d really appreciate it if you gave Lucen another chance.
