Fraudulent
They say they’ll give you a free trial but neglect to tell you that it’s only for one day. Then when you try to cancel within the trial period they don’t respond to your emails and still charge you for the full year’s worth of subscription. Now I was fine with that up until I just tried to use my subscription and now it says I need to resubscribe when I should be good until next May. Don’t download this app. It’s truly not worth your time or aggravation. I will be submitting a chargeback with my financial institution.

Horrible
Doesn’t give logical scores, gets confused over which person sent which text, reads the texts out of order so gives nonsensical response. Overall a waste of money.
Easy to use
The app was easy to use and the instructions were clear. Uploading Screenshots and viewing the analysis was simple. The results were detailed and easy to understand.
Use
I want to use this app so bad but I really wish there was a way to just connect my account so that they could analyze the conversations. The screen recording is super limited and up to 20 screenshots just is a pain in the butt. It would make a lot more sense if they just integrated the apps in there so I could actually use it.

Can’t cancel subscription
It’s impossible to cancel the subscription, I feel like I’m being robbed

The chat window gets covered up by the keypad. I get prompted to review every time I ask the app a question. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY SENT A REVIEW……

It’s not any better than chat gpt or Claude, and it’s a pain to cancel. Plus it’s more than both, and the other two can do waaay more

Good luck cancelling
Tried the free trial. Signed up in the app. Tried to cancel but it requires a stripe login.
When I did the signup I used the option for Apple to hide your email address.
I gave the stripe link that email as well as my actual email and neither allows me the ability to login to cancel. Of course the free trial is for one day so by the time someone gets around to helping me I will already be charged.
I have done a ton of free trials of apps in the past and this one is absolutely the worst to try and cancel. I would avoid.

It will make you pay for the subscription and you won’t be allowed to cancel it. You will have to pay for the next month subscription even if you can’t afford to

It has charged me 50 dollars and I don’t even have the app and it will not let me cancel after trying multiple times
Canceling is tricky
I tried this app- it’s not that smart to begin with- not great advice- to be expected. On top of it- the “cancel subscription” button on the app doesn’t actually cancel it… soo… feels like a scam.
Payment
Good luck with cancelling the subscription if you no longer need. Might as well block it fromYour card because they make it impossible to delete, and support is no help.
