Scam

No rem alarm or sleep date this app is not work or it is way to buggy it had one job but did not do it please don’t spend money on this app

Response from developer

Hello, This app is not a sleep date scheduler. Kindly read the instructions for use, and or please contact our support team if you have any questions on how to get started. Thank you.

Waiting for update

I was so elated when I saw that there’s finally an app that can wake you up during REM sleep that I actually bought an Apple Watch just because of this. But sadly, it doesn’t work because of the sync issue.

The instructions are very vague and I’ve looked high and low on YouTube, but there’s no instructions That are very thorough on how to use this. I did end up figuring it out and I did get it to sync at the same time By leaving my watch on always on display.
But somehow, when I sleep, it turns off.

I did buy the subscription, but I regret it.

One they should have a YouTube video explaining very thoroughly how to use it and how to keep it synced .

My phone is 16 max Pro and my watch is the ultra 2 so you would think with the latest model it should run smoothly.

If this gets fixed, I will change my rating to five stars happily . I’m still hopeful.

Response from developer

Update 2/14/205 Hello DrMEEH - We have updated our in-app set up guide with short videos showing how to update iOS and watchOS device settings to use Lucidly. The videos will be available in our next release, version 1.15.1. Thank you once again for taking the time to provide feedback and suggestions. Thank you, DrMEEH for taking the time to provide a review. When experiencing sync issues between the watch and iOS device, you can attempt to reset the connection between the watch and phone by toggling (disable and reenable) Bluetooth on the phone and reconnecting the watch. In addition, we recommend disabling the "Always On" setting on the watch as not all required Lucidly features are available when this setting is enabled. Both the phone and watch applications must be visible and on the foreground in order to begin a session. If your wrists move and the watch application hides or dims before a session has commenced, the phone application will indicate that the "Watch app must be on foreground" and the power button will be disabled on the phone app. This behavior is normal. Please note when Always On is disabled (recommended), it is expected behavior for the Watch to dim after a session has started. The watch will continue to monitor health readings during the session, while the iOS application will dim to the lowest setting. For more information, please refer to the in-app support document which can be found in Menu > Manuals > Tips and Suggestions > "Set Up" and "Starting Sessions" to review recommended iOS and WatchOS configuration for successfully running Lucidly sessions. Please try to make the changes above, and if you are still experiencing setup problems, we encourage you to email our support team (Available in-app at Menu > Contact & Share > Contact Support). We hope the above helps, and again please do not hesitate to send us an email should you run into further issues. Thank you again for the taking the time to provide a review, and for trying the application.

Better than expected

I bought the premium plan and I have 4 - 5 more dreams than i normally do (2). Very impressive stuff.

Sessions kept being interrupted

The science on how this works is already a bit shaky but I thought I would give it a shot anyways and paid the subscription cost. But the app kept getting interrupted so I never got it to work while I slept. 1 star

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to review. It is important to ensure your iOS device is configured for use with Lucidly night time sessions (silencing notifications and alerts as they can and will disrupt sessions - please reference instructions for use & additional manuals). We encourage users to review configurations and settings under Menu > Manuals > Tips & Suggestions. For additional readers, please note that the application comes with a 7 day free trial and subscriptions are not charged to your account during this period. If you are experiencing difficulties with configuration and settings during your 7 day free trial, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team to help troubleshoot.

Top App
