What happened to the templates after the latest app update?
None of the template images that appears are random photos of someone’s tattoos-literally close-up pictures of tattoos on skin. What is this?? It’s messy, inappropriate, and completely irrelevant to a label printing app.
I want a refund for my label printer. The app has become a complete mess. It’s poorly designed, unreliable, and practically unusable.

Doesn’t print
I bought this printer after seeing an advertisement in my Instagram. But it disappointed me . It didn’t work. When I gave print command, it said out of paper. It had paper and I aligned it several times . Never buy this stuff again.

Bad update version
After updating from version 3.2.4 to 3.2.6, the Material tab no longer shows the built-in image categories (Basic, Figure, Person, Study, Animal, Daily, etc.). Instead it shows categories such as Manufacturing, Color Paper, Power Cable, and Warehouse, and the original image library is missing. Reinstalling the app did not fix the issue. Please restore the Material library from v3.2.4. Please Fix the issue!! It’s still not fixed even with the newer update to 3.2.7…

Horrible
The app isn’t user friendly, instructions manual on the app won’t even load. When trying to print off stencils. (Small, around 5” in length) it sometimes works, sometimes comes randomly divided into 3-4 different parts.

App doesn’t work. Doesn’t connect. Cant sign in. Cant use hardly any of the features. Cant contact customer service. Been trying for 3 days. Waste of money
can’t add text?
app has been great to me otherwise but it’s not letting me add text to my stencils, extremely annoyed and can’t find another stencil app with this feature

THE APP WONT LET ME UAE IT CAUSE IM NOT OLDER THAN 16 this is no fair it used to work but now it dosent

저희 엄마가 제 핸드폰을 건들이기 전까지는 괜찮았는데 제 핸드폰을 만지더니 이런 +12세가 나타난 앱들은 다 없어졌어요 저 엄마가 없을 때 이 앱을 꼭! 굳이 해야하는데, 연령좀 낮춰주시면 안되나요,,?그리고 스티커에서 좀 더 귀여운 스티커를 추가할 수 있거나, 직접 그릴 수 있는 기능도 있으면 좋겠어요.
The fact that it says it has concept restrictions
I used to have an app recently, I’ve been looking for it and it said I needed to update. My age is not too young, but it still says I have contact restrictions so I cannot print any more stuff for now.

Do not recommend using this app
This app is absolutely trash and ish I had of looked into it before buying this machine I shure hope the machine is comparable with other apps, won’t print on scale whatso ever even after trying to adjust it from 11.3-10.7 And it keeps jumping out of creative mode when editing the stencil

Can you please update the stickers there is only so many times you can use the sticker options!
Half of them you cant see when printed out so it is a waste of time when using the smaller labels.
There needs to be more of a variety of every day categories like… foods, Drinks, activities, Electronics, Clothes, Pets, Vehicles, Confectionery, Household Items!
There is so many plant options over 3 caterpillars and absolutely no need for a Valentine’s section when it is once a year!
Please can we have more of a variety as the item is a waste of time without a wider variety…

Waste of money
When I print off a return label I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall or it prints the previous label and not the one that I want. I delete the previous label first but that doesn’t work.
Honestly mostly bad.
So, I get this cute printer.good,right? Wrong. It doesn’t connect good there’s no color, red and orange turn black, it gets stuck, labels are too big, AI sorting which is incorrect, it’s unacceptable. But, it’s cute.

the option to change printer has dissapeared and now I can't print tattoo stencil what a waste of money it was!
