Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TattooPrinter at 3.6 against Luck Jingle's 2.9. TattooPrinter also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). Luck Jingle's advantage is ratings volume (128 vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Luck Jingle sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. TattooPrinter asks for nothing beyond the download.
TattooPrinter holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luck Jingle has 128 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Luck Jingle's written reviews are positive against 14% of TattooPrinter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Luck Jingle ships an update weekly, TattooPrinter every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
