Not functional
The app and device reset every few minutes and there is no constant connection. Impossible to set up fingerprints as well. Avoid at all costs.
App finds the device but refuses to connect
You use this app to find the device, using the “scan” function. The scan function finds the lock, but when I select it, it doesn’t show up as a device in the list. Instead I just see “unconnected device”
Either the app is broken or the lock is
Just bought a $50 lock and the app will not only not recognize the Bluetooth signal (if there is one) but while it’s “searching” for the lock it doesn’t display the text field below the sweeping graphic, which suggests to me the app isn’t working on iOS 13.2 and above. The lock is going back to Amazon and I will never use this app again.

Disappointed
I bought about 3 weeks ago (I am a nurse and use in my work locker). Was extremely happy then one day I didn’t have lined up and went to push closed well mechanism locked however my loop was not in lock mechanism so the lock is of no use to me. I have been trying for days to reset, pull while scanning finger to release mechanism. Nothing is working. I’m very disappointed :(. If you have any feedback to assist me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
