Useless App as no action taken on complaints
Useless App. No action is taken on any of the complaints. Even when comments are added for follow up no one reverts back.

Itni ghatiya app kisine banayi bhai??? Tumse acha to koi chota bachha bana le. App get automaticly closed as soon as you start working.
Nobody cares
Nobody on customer care picks up the call. Not able to login as every mobile number is shown invalid.

WASTE APPLICATION- NO ACTION
I submitted my complaint twice about the cleaning of drainage lines and garbage collection without any luck. Complaints were closed without taking any action. Totally waste app without any monitoring. Government can make the app but can’t make their officials work. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
Lucknow One
New view of Lucknow one was super kudoo MC sir and LMC for such nice innovations
Good initiative but needs lot of improvement
Parking section of this app just gives a list of parking lots in Lucknow. Which is of no use. Option to book online parking and status of parking lot should be made available, like in other city 311 apps. Though eHospital section is linked well to the website and working great.
