خدمة سيئة جدا

اسوا ابليكشن في التاريخ مفيش اي احترافية كل حاجة مكتوبة كذب و مفيش من الاخر خدمة عملاء اصلا لو حصل اي حاجة اخبط راسك في الحيط ببساطة

Scammers

I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. They offer fake promotions to increase the traffic to the stores then after you go, they tell you it’s out-dated. Also they app always needs updates and has lots of software bugs.

DONT USE THIS APP || take care of their hidden terms and conditions

Worst experience and there will be no one to assist,

Take care they have hidden terms, their card is not functioning like they claim, and i cant withdraw my cash,
I have tried to contact them for two weeks everyday, and no one assisted!

Take care of your money people!!

كل شويه لما بدخل علي التطبيق بيجبلي صوره كده زي انظار و تحتيه كلام كتير ان الفون فيه حاجه و المفروض استخدمه علي جهاز تاني طب انا اعمل ايه !! و من الاول كان كويس اشمعنا كده !!

Beware of this app

You can use this app but never add funds to it or become lucky plus member

my account got suspended for no reason and I can not get my money that i already add to the app more than 600 EGP

Contacting the customer service many times they promise to solve the problem but nothing happens .

It used to be good but now it’s out dated

I usually used the offers from the app (cause I’m subscribed) but when I go to any fast food restaurant ex(cook door, pasta2go) they don’t have lucky activated at the cashier so I don’t get the benefit of the discounts(in store) it might be useful only for deliveries if lucky discounts are even activated. And I’m not bothered by the hassle to force discounts or offers at the cashiers but it’s annoying (wouldn’t recommend subscription)

Fake app you can't withdraw your money

Please don't download the app, I have more then 600LE and been approved to withdraw but when you try to get it you receive an error not only my account! Cashbacks are fake.

ابلكيشن لاكي هو أفضل طريقة ممكن تحصل فيها على عروض و خصومات لحد عندك، لأن عندنا أكتر من 400+ شريك واكتر من 3000+ فرع من ماركاتك و محلاتك المفضلة من و محلات الملابس و الالكترونيات بالإضافة لكل الكافيهات والمطاعم اللي بتحبيها وحاجات تانى كتير، والابلكيشن بيتيح لك 4 مرات ببلاش وبعدها تقدر تشترك فى لاكي بلس اللى بيتيح لك عدد لا نهائى من العروض والخصومات ... ممكن تبعتلنا على Support@thelucky.app وفريق لاكى هيتواصل معاك فى اسرع وقت.

البرنامج فيه مشكلة لما بتختار اللوكيشن من الفيلتر بيخرج من الاب كله
