Bad customer support and poor tech
I applied for klivvr card and credit balance and went to one of the branches to be shocked that my data is not appearing on the front desk employee so she told me to call the Call Center and I did on the 16th of this month and the Agent picked up the phone was very rude unprofessional and promised that my issue will be sorted within two days which until now it’s not sorted and I called the Call Center today again to find out that this Agent that I called on the 16th didn’t issue a complaint and there is no actions taken towards solving my problem which is very disappointing and I just need my technical issue to be resolved. That’s all I asking for so very bad customer support.
