It’s rigged when you’re about to win it glitches and when it would usually stop it keeps going, don’t play save your money you won’t get to cash out I’ve spent over $100 playing and haven’t gotten any good hits. It lets you win when you’re new but not enough to cash out then it takes it all back. Crown coin casino is better it actually lets you win.

I’ve been playing for over a month, I deposited money more than a few times and when I went to withdrawal my winnings it went to pending. It was like that for over 24hrs. I tried getting customer service but it was only automated so no help. Then it logged me out and I haven’t been able to log back in. Customer service is literally NON EXISTENT!

I deposited money and won the amount needed to withdraw. I went through their steps and then they banned me for suspicious activity on account. There is no customer service to talk to.

The contact them option takes me to a bunch of faqs with no help. I will pursue other options to contact them and see what is going on. But looks shady that they block people completely with out any notification or a way to contact them

They will take your money as soon as you try to pull out. They blocked my account and although they say to “contact support”, there is no email or number included. They didn’t even have the decency to refund my initial purchase after locking my account, so play the game if you enjoy it, but never put a single dollar into it.

DO NOT add money to this app. When you go to redeem your “winnings” they will say they found an error with your PayPal account and then “flag” your account, tell you to contact support (which then you are unable to do) and keep your money without refunding it. It’s a SCAM APP

It’s fun to play as long as you’re not winning. I tried to redeem some winnings, a whole $67. Actually $75 but there’s a $7 processing fee. 2 days later they’re still holding on to my money. I guarantee I have paid to play way way more money than I’ve ever won to cash out. They play so many games on their customer service chat, you don’t ever really talk to anyone. So disappointing. I played this game and paid to play every single day. I cannot play with this app anymore. What would be the point. If you win, they won’t let you cash out. If they hold your winning it says “under review” you can’t redeem any winnings while there is already winnings under review. So basically you’re stuck in limbo until they decide to release your whole $67. That was a really ugly thing to do.

Closed my account after making a withdrawal
They closed my account after making t for “suspicious activity” after I tried to withdraw my own money I emailed them, they want my player ID number to locate my account but how am I supposed to get the player ID number if I can’t access my account. I gave them my email and name that I used to register with this account yet they try to use every excuse in the book to pretend to not find my account so they will have a excuse to not pay me since they supposedly “can’t locate it” scam app don’t download
