Fix the glitches
Love that there is an app, but please take a pass at fixing the glitches—when trying to add certain items to the wishlist, you can’t scroll down to select “add to wishlist”. It keeps auto scrolling you to top and you can’t save your selection. So frustrating!
Impossible to log in
My account is through Shop I guess, but the app asks me for a password that I haven’t created. I tried ‘forgot password’ but it redirects me to a browser in the app logged in instead of letting me reset my password, so I guess that’s never going to happen. When I’m checking out, it already has my Shop logged in though, so I can buy things just fine, can’t do anything else really.

The email link sent went I created my account doesn’t work. It keeps saying my account doesn’t exist; yet I’m getting promotional emails.
Very frustrating app
Signs me out all the time then tells me my password is incorrect and i have to reset it. Wishlist doesn’t function at all. App crashes often and has very slow feedback time. Also, my account is showing no previous orders which i know isnt true.
MANY glitches/bugs
Please fix! So many things like anytime I click on “FAQ, chat with us, returns, wishlist, sizing”, (half the stuff in the app) it redirects me to something that before it loads it says “hey there, looks like ur in the United States, -click here for us site /-click here to shop on UK” but when I click US it doesn’t load and then I tried many times again also tried selecting the UK site option but NEITHER work.
I made a purchase already so waiting for an order that I can’t access ‘contact us’ or any FAQ info; help with anything for shopping or my order.
Please fix adding items to wish list and sizing selection automatically selects petite even tho the other regular size and fit is not sold out, it’s available but every time it automatically checks petite and I made an order before noticing and had to cancel right away. Then immediately went to reorder the same items again with my correct size and the other item that was correct size said sold out! Sooo mad

Needs updating
I don’t normally leave reviews on apps, but I am so sad about how poorly this app runs. The wishlist doesn’t work, some categories don’t load at all. I mainly shop for dresses/skirts and neither load for me. I have to manually search it & then only SOME come up. I miss the OG app:(
Higher prices
If I wanted price hiked clothes, I would rather just shop for them on the original app. Their clothes are much more expensive on the us app. I understand the terrifs are to blame, but I’d rather not have to download a whole new app when it didn’t make any difference
Wishlist
The function doesn’t work when trying to make a wishlist or favoriting items, please fix
Wishlist function doesn’t work
The wishlist function doesn’t work at all. Whenever I try to save something to my wishlist, it lights up the heart as if it saved. But then when I actually go to the wishlist page, it says there are no wishlists created. Then when I try to use the button to create a wishlist, it gives a red error message saying “an error occurred, please try again later”. This has happened multiple times.

Size chart needed
The app is ok but I really wish it had the same size chart as the original uk app with cm and in measurements, I went back and forth between the apps a few time to check sizes but I eventually gave up.

No size charts
I love Lucy and yak, especially as a plus-size woman, this is one of the few brands I can find showstoppers for my wardrobe. I’ve had the original app for a couple use and have been able to shop no problem. Today I went to make an order and was redirected to this new US app - unfortunately for some reason there are no size charts in this app! These are honestly crucial for me as a plus size shopper, so … idk. Lol. I suppose I can just use website, but, would’ve loved to have been able to use the app.

Functional but certain sizes are locked out
The app and interface are largely the same as the UK app. This app is a solution to the issue of exorbitant custom fees so it is affordable to send to the US now. However, the trade off seems to be that certain sizes cannot be delivered to the US. They show up crossed out/out of stock on the US app and on the UK app they’re accessible but an alert shows up that you can’t deliver those sizes to the US. You probably wouldn’t realize unless you compare the apps but this is a huge sticking point. Waiting for items to be restocked and they finally are but just are available to you is frustrating. It seems to also affect new items that are low on stock in a particular size. It’s a real shame because I’ve been waiting for a solution to the custom fees since it made shopping with L&Y impossible but now I can’t get my size even if it’s in stock for the UK. I wouldn’t have been totally surprised if certain items became UK exclusive but to make sizes unavailable is deeply disappointing.
