I am a new mom of a three month old and was struggling with my baby’s sleep patterns. This app has been extremely helpful with recommending nap times bed times and wake up times. The sleep coach has answered questions about my baby’s sleep regression and gave me clarity on how to manage this.
Great app for scheduling naps for my baby
I use this app daily for my 9 month old. This app creates a pretty accurate nap schedule. Also it gives me a good idea of what time to put her to sleep for the night. Highly recommend this app.
