Redeeming Smile points
I was awarded 5000 bonus smile points as part of Fashion store activation. But Fashion store didn’t permit me to redeem those points when I made a purchase today
It’s not showing rewards points
Purchases and reward points do not show up in the app. Not sure what it is for.

Mobile number cannot be added in other countries. Only available option is India

I even can’t even register my mobile number to the app . It’s is only showing +91 cannot register to my bahrain no .
This app doesn’t work at all
No option is working on iPhone 14 Pro. I don’t know why they have released it without doing basic level of quality assurance.

This app has got some serious bugs, I cannot register, it says my email address is invalid for no reason.
Not able to login with my Saudi Number
My Apple id is Indian but currently working at Saudi. Not able to login with my saudi number. It is always asking for india mobile number

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am very disappointed with this app. My purchases are not reflecting in the app, and I only happened to notice this by chance. To make matters worse, my previous purchase points were never credited. I have also lost my bill, which makes the app essentially useless to me. This experience makes the app and the company behind it seem very untrustworthy. I expected much better service.

The points doesn’t show up at all!! This is a scam app for Lulu to collect personal information. Customer service is useless, billing team is useless!
